The SPARKLE project is developing a comprehensive set of tools to strengthen TVET systems in Uganda and Sierra Leone, with a particular focus on the electrotechnical sector and its applications in healthcare facilities.
These tools aim to bridge the gap between TVET providers and the labor market by facilitating the collection, analysis, and application of data on skills needs. They will enable TVET operators to align their training provision with actual labor market requirements, incorporating European reference frameworks and tools.
Coming Soon: The SPARKLE Digital Open Space will provide access to all project tools, including the SPARKLE Strategic Process, assessment guidelines, electrotechnology gap analysis reports, and specialized learning resources. This sophisticated OER platform will offer tailored and interactive content for both operators and users.
A central component of the SPARKLE project is the development of an open-access online platform to house all tools and resources.
Key Features:
The SPARKLE Digital Open Space will serve as a sustainable repository for all project outputs, ensuring they remain accessible beyond the project's conclusion.
