The SPARKLE project is building a robust network of TVET institutions, private companies, and humanitarian organizations across Europe, Uganda, and Sierra Leone to strengthen the electrotechnical sector.
Our network aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by fostering knowledge exchange, improving training opportunities, and creating sustainable partnerships that support employment and innovation in the electrotechnical field.
Join our growing community of partners committed to enhancing TVET capacity building in Sub-Saharan Africa and improving access to quality electrotechnical training.
SPARKLE has developed standardized Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) templates to formalize and strengthen cooperation between different stakeholders in our network.
This MoU template is designed for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions seeking to establish formal cooperation with other TVET providers. It outlines frameworks for knowledge sharing, staff exchanges, joint curriculum development, and collaborative research in the electrotechnical sector.
The agreement supports the creation of integrated training strategies and helps strengthen the network of TVET providers across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
This MoU template facilitates formal partnerships between TVET institutions and other stakeholders, including private companies, industry associations, humanitarian organizations, and public bodies. It establishes frameworks for internships, workplace learning, equipment sharing, and expert exchanges.
The agreement helps create sustainable connections between education and industry, ensuring training programs remain relevant to current labor market needs in the electrotechnical sector.
The SPARKLE project invites TVET institutions, private companies, industry associations, and humanitarian organizations involved in the electrotechnical sector to join our growing network. By becoming part of the SPARKLE network, you will:
