Electrotechnology Learning Paths

The SPARKLE project has developed comprehensive training programs specifically tailored to address the skills gap in the electrotechnical sector in Uganda and Sierra Leone, with particular focus on applications in healthcare facilities.

Our training pathways are structured according to European Qualification Framework (EQF) levels 3, 4, and 5, and are organized into self-contained basic and specialized modules. These modules are specifically designed for different target groups, including both employed and unemployed/underemployed individuals.

Now available: The SPARKLE electrotechnology learning path includes learning outcomes, content guidelines, duration specifications, recommended teaching methodologies, and reference resources specific to each EQF level. All materials are accessible through the SPARKLE Digital Open Space – a sophisticated OER platform designed for comprehensive learning.
